Berry Sparkles

Featuring our naturally sweet Edenvale Pink Moscato, this Berry Sparkles mocktail is full of berry flavours with a tangy lemon twist making it perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Edenvale Pink Moscato
  • 1 part lemon lime soda
  • 2 x strawberries
  • 4 x frozen cherries

Method

  • Add thinly sliced strawberries and frozen cherries to a glass.
  • Add lemon lime soda half way.
  • Top up with Edenvale Pink Moscato.

Red Sangria

The ripe red and dark fruit characters of our Edenvale Premium Reserve Pinot Noir give an elegant twist to the traditional Red Sangria. This delicious mocktail, with its fresh berry and citrus flavours, is a fantastic addition for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Edenvale Pinot Noir (chilled)
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 cup thinly sliced seasonal fruit (Granny Smith apple or pear, strawberries, pineapple, or a combination)
  • 1 small lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 to 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Ice

Method

  • Squeeze ½ of the orange in the pitcher.
  • Add the thinly sliced seasonal fruit.
  • Add one tsp of maple syrup.
  • Top up with Edenvale Pinot Noir.
  • Serve over ice in wine glasses.

Ingredients

  • 750ml Edenvale Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • Mint leaves, orange & lime for garnish
  • Ice

Method

  • Add orange juice and pineapple juice to a pitcher.
  • Add ice.
  • Top up with Edenvale Sauvignon Blanc.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, a slice of orange & lime.

Peach Bellini

A Bellini is the perfect drink for any special occasion and our non-alcoholic version is perfect for New Year’s – all the fun with none of the headache! With sweet peaches and our crisp Edenvale Blanc de Blanc, this sparkling mocktail is sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Edenvale Blanc de Blanc
  • 2 medium sized peaches, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of sugar

Method

  • Add peaches, water, lemon juice and sugar to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Fill a champagne flute a quarter full of puree.
  • Top up with Edenvale Blanc de Blanc.

Mint and Citrus White Sangria

Mint and Citrus White Sangria

For a citrus twist on the classic sangria, you can’t go past our zesty Mint and Citrus White Sangria mocktail. The sweetness of the mint and the tangy zing of lime enhance the beautifully balanced flavours of our Edenvale Pinot Gris, making this a mocktail not to miss!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Edenvale Pinot Gris
  • 1 medium lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium lime (thinly sliced)
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp water

Method

  • Prepare simple syrup by mixing sugar and water in a small dish and microwaving for 30-second increments until sugar is dissolved.
  • Once simple syrup is ready, add 1 Tablespoon to each wine glass.
  • Add mint leaves and stir/lightly muddle.
  • Next, add several slices each of lemon and lime.
  • Top off with Edenvale Pinot Gris wine and let set for a few minutes so the flavors can meld together.
  • Top off with more wine and citrus as needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Blood Orange juice
  • 2 parts Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Cubed Ice

Method

  • Squeeze blood orange into a jar.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract to the juice.
  • Add plenty of ice and shake.
  • Top up with Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee.
  • Serve.
