What makes these wines that little bit extra special? It all comes down to using the highest quality grapes, and carefully blending them for a truly unique taste experience. Premium Reserve Sparkling Shiraz - dark fruit flavours
Sparkling Shiraz is a classic option if you want to add some sparkle to the fireside, but is equally able to hold its own at brunch or a barbie. Our Premium Reserve Sparkling Shiraz is all about tantalising blackberry flavours, with fruity aromas and hints of oak and smoky exotic spice. Also expect chocolate notes in your glass, making it a lucious indulgence. Premium Reserve Sparkling Blanc de Blanc - clean, fresh and balanced
Our Premium Reserve Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, literally translated from the French as white-from-white grapes, is predominantly Chardonnay-based, and delivers a clean, fresh palate with good length and wonderful delicate balance. In terms of flavours expect fruity white peach, with notes of citrus, apricot, apple and that complex Chardonnay oak. Need we say more?
Pair with: Sparkling Blanc de Blanc pairs well with smoked salmon, canapes and cheeses. Premium Reserve Pinot Noir - fruity, ripe red
Our Premium Reserve Pinot Noir is a complex and fruity red with a distinct earthy undertone. In the glass, this Pinot is well-structured with ripe sweet cherry and mulberry fruit flavours.
