Mocktails

A new look for Edenvale | Mocktail of the month

We are very excited to showcase a fresh new look across our range of wines.

Inspired by a ‘Garden of Eden’ theme, and imagery of grapes, leaves and the land, our bottles have been given a modern, sophisticated makeover, with an ‘organic’ feel that speaks to the health benefits of our alcohol-removed wines. Also included on our new packs is our new tagline, ‘best of earth and science‘. This speaks to our commitment to source the best quality grapes from premium quality vineyards, as well as our continued dedication to the research and innovation involved in the process and technology we use to produce our premium alcohol removed wines. Or new look is about so much more than a new logo and label. It conveys our core values, who we are, and what we stand for.

Make a healthy lifestyle choice And in case you're wondering, what’s inside the bottle hasn’t changed at all! Proudly made from the finest quality South Eastern Australian grapes, we use advanced alcohol extraction technology to delicately remove the alcohol while preserving varietal integrity.  All our wines are still non-intoxicating with half the calories of standard wine, and retain the same levels of antioxidants and vitamins as before... This makes them perfect for anyone (including wine lovers) looking to make a healthy lifestyle choice, as well as those that prefer not to consume alcohol for pregnancy, fitness, safety or religious reasons. So, look out for our new bottles the next time you restock.

Mocktail of the month - Make a Nojito

Nojito

Well, everyone has heard of a mojito, but how about a nojito? If you want a taste of Cuba without the white rum (or the headache) then this is the mocktail for you.

  • Add 30 ml of lime juice, 6 mint leaves and 2 tsp of brown sugar to a tall glass, making sure you bruise a few of the mint leaves
  • Leave the mix to rest for a few hours at least
  • Fill the glass with ice and top with 120 ml of club soda, lemonade, or our Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee
  • Add a sprig of mint for decoration
  • Stir & enjoy!
