All Edenvale wines begin life with alcohol; once they’re crafted, the magic really starts!Â
Our winemakers rely on a world-first GoLo heat-pump-powered unit to separate alcoholic wine into three parts: alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid, and essence. Once segmented, the unit then blends the essence back with the de-alcoholised liquid.Â

Yes - Edenvale only makes alcohol-removed wines. As such, you can rest assured that every bottle in this collection contains non-alcoholic wine. Each of our varietals typically contains the same alcohol level as fruit juice.
