Our talented Edenvale winemaking team utilises a world-first GoLo heat-pump-powered unit to separate alcoholic wine into three parts: alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid, and essence. What Is Alcohol-Free Rosé Wine?

Alcohol-free Rosé has had the alcohol gently removed after fermentation, while keeping the wine’s natural fruit flavours, aroma and colour. It is typically made from red grape varieties that produce the trademark pink hue in the winemaking process, allowing the grape juice to have limited contact with the grape skin during maceration. Rosé can be made from Shiraz (our preference here at Edenvale), Grenache, Merlot, Pinot Noir and more.
