Returns Authorisation Form
If you are unhappy with, or wish to return an Edenvale order please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. Once reviewed and authorised by our warehouse team, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please note that when returning the product to Edenvale the postage cost is of your own account. After Edenvale receives and tests the product to find it’s faulty, the order will be replaced and the cost of the postage incurred will be refunded.
