This from a nation who consume large quantities of wine every year and regard it as part of their cultural identity.

Chardonnay
Chardonnay (say Char-don-nay) is known as a dry, full-bodied white wine characterised by fresh fruit aromas and a wonderfully smooth taste. Our Chardonnay is a premium alcohol removed wine with a peach melon characteristic and a little oak for added complexity. Perfect when paired with chicken, any seafood or soft cheeses such as brie.
Riesling
Riesling (say Reese-ling) has German ancestry and is traditionally a sweet wine, dominated by fruity flavours and generous acidity. Our alcohol-reduced version is dry and crisp with a purity of fruit lemon/lime citrus and often floral notes. Drink this Riesling with chicken, pork, duck, cheese and any spicy dishes.
Rosé
Rosé (say Rose-zay) is an underrated wine that often gets overlooked in favour of more famous varieties like Chardonnay. Pity, as a chilled Rosé on a hot summer’s day is very close to sublime. Our alcohol-free version is a delicate Australian Rosé characterised by fruity flavours and a soft hint of peach pink. Drink this with seafood, duck or rare lamb for maximum pleasure.
Shiraz
Shiraz (say Shir-azz), otherwise known as Syrah (say Seer-ra) in France, is a big, bold grape that has spicy, fruity aromas. Our alcohol-free version is no different. Made from selected South Eastern Australian grapes, it is perfect with red meats that come off the barbie or grill, as well as your favourite pasta dishes.
Sparkling Cuvee
Cuvee (say Cue-vay) is a French term that refers to the the first-pressed or best grapes. Our bubbly Sparkling Cuvee is certainly that, with a deliciously crisp, fruity structure and balance. Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc (say Saw-vin-yawn-blonk) is a wine with a fresh, dry, grassy herbaceous character. It is often associated with capsicum, gooseberry, asparagus and snow pea flavours. Our take on Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied, dry white grape with a herbaceous, refreshing acidity that lingers. This makes it the perfect accompaniment for fish, chicken and spicy foods like Vietnamese and Mexican.
Sparkling Rosé
Anything with bubbles is perfect for party drinking or any significant celebration. Otherwise our Sparkling Rosé with its zesty acidity and fragrant aroma of rose petals, redcurrant and berry fruits make it clean and refreshing on the palate. This wine is perfect paired with any seafood, but especially with shellfish.
