Edenvale Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wine - Less than 0.5%
Crafted from carefully selected South Eastern Australian grapes, our Sparkling Rosé is fermented to develop its delicate rose petal aromatics and bright red fruit character. The alcohol is then gently removed, leaving a wine with less than 0.5% ABV while preserving the freshness, fragrance and lively finish that make this Rosé so enjoyable.
Never without a bottle in our place. People can't believe it's non alcoholic. Love it.
Edenvale wines are very pleasant to drink, especially if one has to drive home afterwards. My favourite one is the Shiraz, but the entire range is lovely.
I'm so glad I found Edenvale wines and champagne. I fight the good fight every night to not drink alcohol and your products have been a cornerstone of my change in habits. Keep doing what you're doing, you are making a fantastic product and a really positive contribution to the health of us Aussies. Yayyyy for you!!
Just amazing! Especially when pregnant or breastfeeding, I never felt like I was missing out! The Best by far! Keep up the great work!
After over 2 years alcohol free it is a real treat to have found Edenvale wines. They taste great and it is so nice to be able to again have a glass with dinner or drinks with friends and not be the odd one out. Thank you for making such a great product.
Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé FAQs
What gives Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé Wine Its pink colour?
Is Edenvale Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Wine Sweet or Dry?
The tasting profile leans towards a fruit-forward dry style rather than a dessert-style sweet sparkling. This drop contains 6.8g of sugar per 150ml serving for those tracking their intake.
Does Removing the Alcohol Affect the Colour or Flavour of This Sparkling Rosé Non-Alcoholic Wine?
The alcohol is removed after fermentation through Edenvale's state-of-the-art Go Lo heat pump-powered unit. The process is designed to retain the wine's colour, aromatic compounds and varietal character. Some loss of weight and body is unavoidable when alcohol is removed (it is one of the structural elements in any wine), which is why the winemaking focuses on preserving the floral aromatics of rose petal and the bright red-fruit profile that defines a good Sparkling Rosé.
What Occasions Is Sparkling Rosé Non-Alcoholic Wine Best Suited To?
Sparkling Rosé sits at the centre of celebration drinking - hen's parties, baby showers, weddings, engagement dinners, Mother's Day, brunches and summer afternoons in the garden. Because all Edenvale wines are non-alcoholic, it also pours well at workplace events, daytime functions and any gathering where guests are driving, designated drivers or simply choosing not to drink. It means no one has to opt out of the toast.
What's the Difference Between Edenvale Sparkling Rosé and the Still Rosé?
Edenvale produces both a Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé and a Non-Alcoholic Rosé in the still style. The Sparkling Rosé carries a fine bead and crisp acidity, designed for celebration, aperitif and brunch occasions. The still Rosé delivers the same red-fruit and floral profile without bubbles, making it a good fit for relaxed lunches, picnics, and mealtime drinking. Both are alcohol-removed (less than 0.5% ABV) and use carefully selected wine grapes from South Eastern Australia.
What Awards Has Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé Won?
Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé currently holds three medals, including a Gold at the 2024 Drinks Business Global Low & No Alcohol Wine Masters. Alongside this, the Sparkling Rosé holds a Bronze at both the 2025 IWSC (International Wine and Spirit Competition) and 2025 World Alcohol-Free Awards.
