Crafted from carefully selected South Eastern Australian grapes, our Sparkling Rosé is fermented to develop its delicate rose petal aromatics and bright red fruit character. The alcohol is then gently removed, leaving a wine with less than 0.5% ABV while preserving the freshness, fragrance and lively finish that make this Rosé so enjoyable.

Does Removing the Alcohol Affect the Colour or Flavour of This Sparkling Rosé Non-Alcoholic Wine?
The alcohol is removed after fermentation through Edenvale's state-of-the-art Go Lo heat pump-powered unit. The process is designed to retain the wine's colour, aromatic compounds and varietal character. Some loss of weight and body is unavoidable when alcohol is removed (it is one of the structural elements in any wine), which is why the winemaking focuses on preserving the floral aromatics of rose petal and the bright red-fruit profile that defines a good Sparkling Rosé.

The still Rosé delivers the same red-fruit and floral profile without bubbles, making it a good fit for relaxed lunches, picnics, and mealtime drinking. Both are alcohol-removed (less than 0.5% ABV) and use carefully selected wine grapes from South Eastern Australia.
