Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee Alcohol Removed - Less than 0.5%
Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee begins as a fully fermented wine made from selected South Eastern Australian grapes. Only then is the alcohol gently removed using our world-first GoLo heat-pump technology, leaving a wine with less than 0.5% ABV.
This gentle process is especially important for preserving the fresh apple, citrus and tropical fruit aromas that define our Sparkling Cuvee. By minimising heat exposure throughout the alcohol removal process, GoLo retains more of the wine's delicate aromatics and vibrant character, delivering a crisp, refreshing wine that stays true to its origins.

Never without a bottle in our place. People can't believe it's non alcoholic. Love it.
Spanish Sparkling Cuvee – Bronze Ribbon from wine reviewer Huon Hooke at The Real Review
Light to mid-yellow, bright colour with a good cordon of bubbles. The aroma is fresh and clean and appealing, with poached stone-fruit aromas, a rubbery hint typical of macabeo, the palate light and simple with a tingle of zesty acid up-front and a fairly short finish, but it has a touch more palate-weight than the same maker's NV Blanc de Blanc.
Edenvale wines are very pleasant to drink, especially if one has to drive home afterwards. My favourite one is the Shiraz, but the entire range is lovely.
I'm so glad I found Edenvale wines and champagne. I fight the good fight every night to not drink alcohol and your products have been a cornerstone of my change in habits. Keep doing what you’re doing, you are making a fantastic product and a really positive contribution to the health of us Aussies. Yayyyy for you!!
Just amazing! Especially when pregnant or breastfeeding, I never felt like I was missing out! The Best by far! Keep up the great work! ????????
After over 2 years alcohol free it is a real treat to have found Edenvale wines. They taste great and it is so nice to be able to again have a glass with dinner or drinks with friends and not be the odd one out. Thank you for making such a great product.
Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee FAQs
What's the best serving temperature for Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee?
Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee is best served well chilled, between 6-8 degrees. Keeping the sparkling wine at this cooler temperature lifts the aromas of ripe apple and citrus and accentuates the wine's clean, zesty finish. Pop the bottle in the fridge for at least three hours before serving, or use an ice bucket for a quicker chill.
Which glass should I use for Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee?
A traditional Champagne flute or tulip glass is ideal. The narrow shape preserves the fine bead and concentrates the aromas. A coupe is a fine choice for casual occasions, though the wider rim disperses the bubbles a little more quickly.
How long does Edenvale Cuvee last once opened?
Once opened and re-sealed with a sparkling wine stopper, Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee will keep in the refrigerator for one to two days. For best flavour and effervescence, drink within hours of opening.
Is Edenvale Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee vegan?
Yes, Edenvale Cuvee is vegan.
Can Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee Replace Champagne at Celebrations?
For everything except the alcohol, yes. Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee is a fully fermented sparkling wine with the same celebratory profile most people reach for when a cork pops: fine bubbles, fresh acidity, and a clean, lively finish. It is served the same way, well chilled in a flute or coupe, and pairs naturally with the same occasion food: oysters, canapes, smoked salmon and fresh fruit. Where Champagne typically contains around 12% alcohol, Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee contains less than 0.5% ABV, making it the considered choice for guests who are pregnant, driving, or simply choosing not to drink.
What awards has Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee Alcohol-Removed won?
Our alcohol-removed Sparkling Cuvee has won a Bronze medal at the IWSC (International Wine and Spirit Competition) 2025, a Bronze at the 2024 Drinks Business Global Low & No Alcohol Wine Masters, and a Silver at the 2024 World Alcohol-Free Awards. Each is an independent international competition judging some of the world's best non-alcoholic and traditional wines side by side.
