What Is Non-Alcoholic Wine?

+
Non-alcoholic wine is crafted to contain minimal alcohol content, comparable to that naturally found in fresh fruit juice. While the reduced alcohol content distinguishes these wines from traditional options, they maintain the authentic character and complexity of their original grape varietals. In Edenvale's case, our wines are meticulously produced to preserve the distinct characteristics, aromas, and flavour profiles that wine enthusiasts expect, while offering an alcohol-free alternative that can be enjoyed by everyone.

How Is Non-Alcoholic Wine Made?

+
At our $5M state-of-the-art facility, we use revolutionary, advanced technology to remove alcohol from wine. Using an energy-efficient GoLo unit, with a world-first heat pump, we separate bona fide wine (crafted by Edenvale winemakers adhering to traditional techniques) into alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid and essence. Once separated, we blend the de-alcoholised liquid and essence, creating an alcohol-removed base that, with some careful balancing and blending, eventually becomes Edenvale wine. The result is traditional wines with tasting notes and bouquets that are faithful to traditional varietals.
