Aussie Wine Month has become a firm calendar favourite for many a wine lover. Edenvale is very particular about our grapes. We only select fruit from sustainable vineyards operating in the most prestigious grape-growing areas in the country. These regions include:

Our Aussie Winemakers Are a Passionate Bunch 

As integral as the fruit is, that’s not enough to make remarkable non-alcoholic wine. Some human intervention has to come into the mix as well! Our winemakers prefer a very light touch. Whilst they follow traditional winemaking techniques, it’s very much about letting the grapes work their natural magic. 

Once the wine is created, Edenvale winemakers do something few winemakers in the country do… They remove the alcohol. Taking away the alcohol whilst retaining the wine’s original characteristics is no easy feat, and we have world-first technology and innovation to help us achieve a flawless result.
