Making Alcohol-Removed Red Wine
You might be surprised to hear that making non-alcoholic red wine starts by making wine. That’s right - our talented team is passionate about following authentic winemaking processes to craft the very best wines possible. They source the finest fruit from renowned grape-growing regions in Australia and Europe before following traditional winemaking techniques depending on the varietal. Once we have crafted the best red wines, we remove the wine’s alcohol thanks to an innovative process that takes place at our new $5M state-of-the-art Murray Darling facilities. The de-alcoholisation process centres around a GoLo heat pump, which separates the wine into alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid, and essence. Once these three segments are created, the GoLo blends the original essence with the de-alcoholised liquid. The result is a non-alcoholic red wine that retains its true flavour and aroma profiles.

There are many benefits of drinking non-alcoholic red wine. Perhaps most important is the fact that alcohol-removed wine is non-intoxicating.
