How We Make Non-Alcoholic Rosé in Australia

The secret is… We start by making wine.

That’s right - every drop of non-alcoholic sparkling rosé and still rosé begins life as a full-alcohol wine. We source the best grapes from premier wine-making regions in Australia, but it’s what happens next that makes things really special.

Our talented Edenvale winemaking team utilises a world-first GoLo heat-pump-powered unit to separate alcoholic wine into three parts: alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid, and essence. Once this segmentation is complete, the unit then blends the essence back with the de-alcoholised liquid. Keen to delve into the detail?

Rosé can be made from Grenache, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir and more (here at Edenvale, we use Shiraz).

What Is the Best Non-Alcoholic Rosé?

The best comes from Edenvale, where we stay true to the traditional wine-making techniques and processes. Our team is passionate about creating rosés that are faithful to the varietal. Both our rosé wines are multi-award-winning.
