Non-Alcoholic Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc Hola! Get ready for a light, bright wine that will have you dreaming of Spain, where Verdejo originates. Enjoy fennel and grapefruit aromas with a luscious, tropical fruity burst synonymous with Sauvignon Blanc.	Non-Alcoholic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Fruit from this Premium Reserve hails from the Frankland River, WA, where the climate is ideal for slowly ripening grapes. The result is peak flavour intensity combined with crisp, fresh lemon-lime acidity.	Non-Alcoholic Blanc-de-Blanc Another Premium Reserve wine, this Chardonnay-based sparkling delivers a clean, fresh palate and superb balance. Enjoy white peach fruit flavours with notes of citrus, apricot, apple and complex oak.	Non-Alcoholic Pinot Gris If you’re a Gris lover, you’ll love this beautifully balanced drop. Vibrant, juicy and with all the telltale attributes of a great Pinot Gris, including ripe stone fruit, poached pear and apricot.
Non-Alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc A dry non-alcoholic white wine with plenty of depth and a refreshing acidic finish. Expect gorgeous fruit flavours, including capsicum, ripe gooseberry and herbaceous fruit aromas.	Non-Alcoholic Chardonnay Beautifully balanced, enjoy fresh fruit aromas and lovely stone fruit flavours with a whisper of oak for real complexity. Savour the ripe melon, citrus and apple flavours that make this wine a stand-out.	Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee Delicious rich fruit meets a crisp, fresh and zesty finish that makes this a memorable drop. Expect ripe apples, subdued tropical fruit and tangy citrus taking this sparkling to the next level.  capsicum, ripe gooseberry and herbaceous fruit aromas.	Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cuvee Spanish North-east Spain’s Macabeo is lauded for its fresh acidity and citrus flavour profile, which we’ve enhanced with the Chardonnay’s rich stone fruit notes. Expect citrus and apricot aromas with a delightfully acidic finish.

 

Making Non-Alcoholic White Wine

Believe it or not, making non-alcoholic white wine begins with making alcoholic wine. Our team passionately follows authentic winemaking processes to craft the very best bona fide wines possible. They source premium grapes from renowned wine regions in Australia and Europe before following traditional winemaking techniques. But that’s just the start.

Once we have crafted the best white wines, things get really interesting… Based in our new Murray-Darling $5M state-of-the-art facilities, the team sets about removing the wine’s alcohol. This de-alcoholisation process involves a GoLo unit with a heat pump, which separates the wine into alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid, and essence. Once these three segments are created, the GoLo blends the original essence with the de-alcoholised liquid. The result is a non-alcoholic white wine that retains its true palate and bouquet.

Did you know there are many benefits of drinking alcohol-free white wine? Most obvious, perhaps, is the fact this alcohol-removed wine is not intoxicating.
