How Edenvale Makes The Best Non-Alcoholic White Wine

Our wine-making team uses advanced alcohol-removal technology, employing a GoLo heat-pump powered unit, the first of its kind in the world, to separate wine into three parts—alcohol, de-alcoholised liquid and essence—before blending the essence back with the de-alcoholised liquid. The process removes the alcohol through vacuum distillation at low temperatures, therefore, retaining all the original goodness and varietal flavour minus the alcoholic baggage.

However, Edenvale has invested in a state-of-the-art facility that utlises a GoLo heat-pump powered unit, the first of its kind in the world, to remove alcohol. This innovative process minimises heat shock to the wine and maximises energy and water efficiency.

We don’t believe there is a superior specific non-alcoholic white wine - it all comes down to personal preference.
