Types of Alcohol-Removed Sauvignon Blanc Wines

Tropical fruits, herbaceous grassy notes and refreshing acidity are common across our alcohol-removed Sauvignon Blanc collection. However, aromatic and flavour profiles differ considerably depending on which drop you select.

Non-Alcoholic Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc

Hailing from central Spain, the Verdejo offers hints of fennel and grapefruit, whilst the Sauvignon Blanc delivers those classic, rich, aromatic tropical notes.

Non-Alcoholic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Cleansing lemon and lime citrus aromatics blend with the subtle hint of lychees. On the palate, you can expect intense fruit with crisp, classy acidity.

Non-Alcholic Classic Sauvignon Blanc

The bouquet is a delicious melange of ripe gooseberry, capsicum and herbal notes, while the flavour exhibits that unmistakable acidic zing that cuts through the rich fruit.

Available in a 750ml bottle or 24 x 200ml bottles.

Pairing Food with Alcohol-Free Sauvignon Blanc Wines

Here at Edenvale, we’re big believers in pairing wine and food based on what you fancy, not what’s expected. That said, the fruitiness and acidity of Edenvale Sauvignon Blanc wines mean they go beautifully with lighter dishes.

Seafood, tangy cheeses, salads, anything with a strong herbal flavour, and light sauces will always be a winning combination with this varietal.

Dish of the Moment

We can’t get enough of Ottolenghi’s iconic Orzo with Prawns, Tomato, Orange and Marinated Feta as the ultimate pairing. This dish has it all - the seafood, basil, tangy fruit and cheese… Everything to create a stunning pairing with any of our Sav Blancs!

How Edenvale Removes Alcohol From Our Sauvignon Blanc Wines

At our cutting-edge facility in the Murray-Darling, we use a groundbreaking GoLo heat-pump powered unit—the world's first of its kind. This innovative technology simultaneously heats and cools during processing, protecting wine integrity whilst dramatically improving efficiency.

Unlike traditional methods, our GoLo system preserves 50% more wine volume and captures significantly more aromatic compounds, delivering superior flavour profiles in every bottle. Operating at an impressive 2,200 litres per hour, the process divides wine into three components: alcohol, dealcoholised base, and essence.

Our skilled winemakers then expertly recombine the essence with the alcohol-free base.
